The 5th: Finding Purpose and Service

Formerly called "Plead the 5th", The 5th is the fifth weekly blog post typically released Sunday or Monday of the week ahead.
It only happens when there are 5 Mondays in a month (like March 2021) and, this month, it follows on:
And, this month has been somewhat busy with blogging on what I called very recently The Open and High Road.
As I noted in that post...
- "My thought to you is that if you are trying to figure on your best path of Service... it is best found in your Certitude... and in your Flexibility... the Wisdom to know and accept your Soul... and the willingness to adapt to follow it. In this wholehearted year ahead for me, at the chosen beginning of a new chapter (if you will)... I need this reminder. I need to ever know what my Soul knows so as to recognize the opportunities that attract... and be open to them... and move in that direction. The open and high road knows that character matters.... and that travelling the road is a matter of Character. But it is a high road. Be open and take it."

A highly respected expert in Human Resource Management, he expected much of us and he believed much in us. He was an educator and leader of high character. He was extraordinary. To this day and beyond, I try my darnedest to honor his spirit with my own work. That is another story. But I hope I did him service here.
