Now we come to the subject line of this email.?

I want to share a coaching question with you that I use to REALLY get into a deep dive of what’s going on in your life.?

What are you trying to prove? And who are you trying to prove it to?

This is SUCH an important self-coaching question. Write out your answers (I tend to do this myself once a month to keep myself in check)

Then - shift your lens and ask yourself:

What do I need to prove to myself?

If there’s anything I know about working with my clients - it’s that women need more self belief. Learning to focus on proving to yourself rather than proving to others is a high performance trait we could all do with more of in our lives.?

I had such a brilliant evening at the Book launch of a client, Lisa Johnson in London last week. Her book, Make Money Online was released to a fab audience….which included some of HER clients -? including (get this…) Katie Hill from Blue Peter!?

I didn’t know who Callum Best was - which was hilarious, as we got lost together trying to find the party. As we walked round the corner we were papped (yep that’s right!) and it was the subject of a good giggle later in the evening.?

The Collective 'spotlight' member of the month

We have seen a HUGE influx of committed members to The Collective in the last month - and I’d like to start recognising some of the incredible Female Founders that show up week in week out for themselves and their Businesses.?

This month, the recognition goes to Lorraine Venables.

Lorraine joined us towards the end of 2022 and has shown incredible commitment to her self-coaching and accountability.?

What I'm Watching This Month

Oh My Gosh - I have been CHOMPING at the bit to share with you 2 new shows that I binge watched in January. I urge you to watch them - BECAUSE they are AMAAAAZING in their portrayal of women from history. Both set in a Western Style, they are very different but extremely insightful. Godless & The English.

What's I'm Listening To

I have found THE BEST PODCAST EVER. For all you Office fans out there - Office Ladies is a brilliant podcast by Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey (Pam and Anglea). Join them as they dissect in hilarious detail the filming, staging and editing of the American Office. It is truly brilliant and such testament to female friendships.

What I'm Reading

We read a book every 2 months in the Collective for our book-club. This month we are reading It’s About Bloody Time by Emma Barnett. I am LOVING it so far - and because it is some important for use to understand more about our cycles as women, I highly advocate you getting a copy. Anyone in the Collective is welcome to join the session on: Tuesday 31st Jan 2023 at 5.30pm - regardless of if you have read it or not.

What’s Coming up at Lucienne Coaching HQ

Plans for the Female Founders Summit are well underway and tickets will be up for sale very soon.?

As with last year - there are only 50 tickets and all proceeds go to charity. We have all day Masterclasses being given by some of my most incredible clients, as well as an evening summit with an extra special guest speaker.?

I CANNOT wait to announce the line-up but I can tell you that Lea Turner and Carrie Green have already confirmed that they will be running Masterclasses again.?
