Ability to solve Complex Problems (Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions).
6. Critical Thinking
Ability to remove all emotions from an issue & observe the facts objectively to make a logical decision.
7. Public Speaking
Being comfortable at Talking to others to convey information effectively.
8. Co-ordination
Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
9. People Management (Delegation)
Being comfortable at delegating work to others.
10. People Management (Interpersonal Skills)
Being comfortable at engaging with other people at interpersonal level.
11. People Management (Team Man)
Enjoy being a complete TEAM person! Get energized when part of a team
12. Social Perceptiveness
Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

Extremely strong value system and ethics.

Often seek advice from others.
15. Like Change
Likes Change. Change actually gives them an energy.
16. Role Model
Are extremely comfortable being a ROLE MODEL for others.

Extremely good at managing conflicts.
