Today I thought I would share some easy hacks that I use to raise my vibration:

  1. Experience thankfulness and?gratitude. State what you are grateful for throughout the day.
  2. Move your body: walk, dance, run, stretch, swim, skip, cycle – or just jump up and down.
  3. Eat?healthily. Add more raw, organic and unprocessed food.
  4. Take an Epsom?salt bath?or a long, hot shower.
  5. Meditate, even for 5 minutes a day.
  6. Walk barefoot?on grass or sand.
  7. Say ‘no’ to anything that drains you.
  8. Disconnect from?technology?regularly.
  9. Get?creative?just for fun: draw, color, paint, decorate, bake.
  10. Breathe?deeply and slowly.
  11. Read?something positive.
  12. Tell a stranger that they’re beautiful.
  13. Spend time in?nature: work in the garden, walk in the park, swim at the lake, go for a hike.
  14. Hug?someone.
  15. Notice the beauty all around you.
  16. Remove clutter?from your environment.
  17. Spend time with?positive people.
  18. Pet?a?dog?or?cat.
