Do you ever read stories about people getting scammed and think, “I would NEVER fall for that!” ??

The reality is, it can happen to anyone, even those you would least expect, like the financial advice columnist for one of New York Magazine’s websites who put $50,000 in a floral-print shoebox and handed it over on her sidewalk to an unknown person in a white Mercedes SUV.
