Teacher Wellness: As you can see, self-care for teachers was a big theme for us this year, and teachers were hungry for it. This module focused on the tools and strategies available to teachers to focus on wellness throughout the school year and avoid burnout.

Indoor Recess: Part of teacher self-care is having tools for last-minute schedule changes, like indoor recess. Planning an entire day’s worth of lessons is already a challenge if you’re lacking inspiration, but to then have to plan for indoor recess? That’s too much. That’s why we created a module with videos, games, and activities, all embedded right in the platform for easy access and use.

Let’s all take a minute to give ourselves a round of applause, pat on the back, hug, high five, and happy dance, however you want to celebrate. 2023 has been a year of growth and opportunities for all of us.

The past few years have been full of challenges, hardships, and uncertainty for all of us, and while this year was no exception, I can't help but feel hope for the future.

This year, I’ve had the opportunity to work with new professionals on exciting projects, shift my business model to better work for myself and my family, and brainstorm, build, and implement new products. It is hard to remember my life before I was an entrepreneur.

I've also had the opportunity to work with many transitioning teachers in the Classroom to Boardroom Full Course. I've since supported many of those students in finding the right job for them in EdTech, including at companies like Right at School, Instructure, School Specialty, and Defined Careers.

Speaking of the entrepreneur life, I'll share behind-the-scenes content in 2024. How have I built an independent, flexible life through online courses and products? I'll share how I make it all work starting in January.

Here are some quick 2023 highlights from me:

• I had my first photoshoot in a studio, and the outcome was so empowering
• My team and I completely restructured and redesigned my websites
• We welcomed hundreds of transitioning teachers into the new Classroom to Boardroom Community
• I reframed how I’m approaching Classroom to Boardroom and launched our first cohort in this new structure
• We launched TWO brand new courses, Kickstart and EdTech School
• The first-ever issue of the Classroom to Boardroom Magazine was published

educators2educators is relaunching Teacher Summer Reboot in 2024, and we are deep into creation and planning. We expect to see thousands of teachers participate in an empowering summer of rest, reflection, and recovery.
