Together we have embarked on a Journey of doing a #500DayHabitChallenge to master #25Habits to orbit our game to the next level. For a Habit to form it approximately takes 21 days so in 500 days you can master 25 habits.

?? ??????????????????: Drinking 4 liters of water every day.

?? ?????????? ??????????????: Spending 30 minutes reading or finishing 1 book each week.

?? ?????????????? ????????????: Consistently choosing balanced, nutritious meals.

??? ????????????????: Walking 10,000 steps daily, practicing yoga, and engaging in strength & weight training.

?? ?????????? ????????: Prioritizing 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep each night.

??♂? ???????????????????? ????????????????: Incorporating 10 to 30 minutes of meditation into our daily routines.

?? ?????????????????? ????????????????????: Spending 10 minutes each night practicing gratitude.

?? ???????????? ????????????????????: Making journaling a daily habit to reflect on specific prompts.

??? ???? ????????: Dedicating 1 hour each day solely for self-care.
