On February 15th, 2019 I celebrated 45 years of claims handling and claims management. I surmise having transacted or managed at least the number of claims cited above in all facets of the P&C claims arena. I have been fortunate to have worked alongside some very talented individuals who mentored me and who were willing to share their vast experience in the claims business. I have never considered my learning curve as complete and I always strive to learn from the vast information base available to us today through webinars and seminars and practical applications.

I recently transitioned from operating a Cat claims business in Florida to one that handles daily claims in the commercial P&C arena. I’m realizing that even though I have a wealth of experience it is difficult competition out there. I do not have the massive marketing budget of the big players and enlisting carriers to trust you with their claims is not easy.

What this claims professional is offering is efficient, transparent and ethical claims handling buttressed by decades of experience in property & casualty claims. I have experience in all facets of commercial, residential, industrial and institutional loss. I have transacted claims in CGL, professional and municipal liability. I have serviced both the domestic and London markets as an independent and staff adjuster, carrier claims examiner and manager as well as a Third Party Administrator. I can appreciate your vantage point.
