50 Skills of a Successful Hotel Manager?

A Hotel Manager will be successful if they show High Moral Standards and Qualities. High Moral Standards are Virtues. Virtues are the essence of a Successful Hotel Manager’s Personal Skills.????????????????

A Hotel Manager should be Accepting – they should be able to accept something or someone in their Hotel. A Hotel Manager should be Assertive – they should be characterized by bold and confident behaviour.

A Hotel Manager should be Authentic - true to their own personality. They should be Caring – be able to show concern for other people. A Hotel Manager should be both Clean and Committed. They should be able to show Compassion. Be Confident.

A Hotel Manager should show Consideration – they should think carefully about what goes on. They should be able to Cooperate. Be Creative. And be able to Lack Emotion – show Detachment. Be Determined. Show Dignity. And be able to Encourage others around them.

A Hotel Manager must be Ethical - Follow accepted rules of behaviour. Be Excellent. Be Fair. They must be able to be Flexible – with a Willingness to change. Be able to Forgive. Be Friendly – be kind. And be Generous, not selfish, Gentle, quiet in nature.

A Hotel Manager must be Gracious - very polite in a way that shows respect. They should be Honest and show Humility - not thinking they are better than other people. Be Idealistic – have an attitude of that person who lives according to very high standards of behaviour.????????

A Hotel Manager should have Integrity – displaying adherence to a code of values. Be Imaginative and Display Justice. Be Kind and Loyal. They should be Moderate – both normal and acceptable. Be both Modest and Optimistic - having hope for the future.

A Hotel Manager should be Orderly - organized in a logical or regular way. Be Passionate. Be Patience and show Perseverance. They should be Prepared and Purposeful - having a purpose with an object to be attained. They should be Reliable. Show Respect.

A Hotel Manager should be Responsible – being both morally, legally, and mentally accountable. Have Self-discipline and display good quality Service. They should be Sincere and Tactful – with an ability to keep good relations. They should be Tolerant and Trustworthy- having reliance of character – tell the Truth.

A Hotel Manager should be Understanding – be able to adjust to peoples’ differences. A Hotel Manager should be Visionary – have thoughts and objects formed by their imagination.

Virtues are the Moral Excellence of any Hotel Manager.
