Digital Detoxing = Digital Health and Wellness.

Within all the digital aspects not only at work, also in private life, it is more important than ever to have digital free space in your life.

We all know it'll be wise to spend less time at the computer, phone or whatever devices and in all the socials of this world.

However, who is really practicing this type of "less is more" in reality with true AWARENESS? Do YOU?
