WELLNESS MINUTE :

I get up VERY early every morning, weekends included. 0430 at the very latest. I have a really crazy tip to help me do this….I go to sleep earlier than most. 2100 at the latest. Do I miss out watching some sports at night? Yep. But that’s what ESPN SportsCenter and breakfast with my son is for.?

WORKOUT CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK:

Three Hours of Cardio

250 Push Ups

250 Sit Ups

250 Dumbbell Curls and Presses

NUTRITION:

As you may remember, on January 3rd of this year, I stopped eating breakfast. The first few days kinda sucked, but?it’s been a game changer for me. Any lingering fat I had melted away. As my son said, “Holy crap, you have a six-pack!”?

HOW YOU DOIN’?

Take a moment TODAY (it’s a Sunday for goodness sake!) and call up a friend. Not a text. An actual phone call. You may be saving his/her life.?
