House of the?Week?

9?Eblin Drive, Hamilton

Elegantly positioned on an enviable 913sqm in one of Hamilton's most prestigious streets, this exceptional executive home represents history, style and glamour.

This stately residence has been revived from its original 1920's art deco origins, enhanced and extended to providing a private sanctuary fully maximising the block while remaining surprisingly low maintenance.

A much loved family home, it has changed hands possibly only 4 times in it's almost century old history.

This property is going to Auction at our Summer Auction Event, Saturday 11th December, The Calile Hotel from 9:00am, if not SOLD prior.
