5 Yoga poses for Flatter Abs…

It's summer and everybody is getting ready with their sexy toned body and their breezy clothes to flaunt their body underneath of. And you are sitting home, still drawing your weekly diet & exercise chart to achieve that body which you won’t be able to because you are too lazy.

Well, say no to your weekly chart because we have got for you, the 5 Yoga poses that’ll help you achieve the exact body that you’ve been wanting to for the past months.


These exercises could be done at home in your room, on the balcony, on the terrace, in the park, or almost everywhere.

POSE 1 – Upward Dog Pose (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana)

Practicing Upward-Facing Dog will lengthen and strengthen your entire body. You can use it as a backbend on its own, or as a transition to even deeper backbends. Try a few rounds of Upward-Facing Dog into Downward-Facing Dog [link] throughout your day to energize and rejuvenate your body, and calm your mind. You might discover benefits of the pose that exist even off the mat!

POSE 2 – Plank Pose (Phalakasana)

Practicing Plank Pose will strengthen your core and arms in no time. Holding it for extended periods will build endurance and determination. Find a variation or modification that works best for you, and then watch as your power increases!

POSE 3 – Wheel Pose (Chakrasana)

Wheel Pose can be an energizing, uplifting, and emotionally satisfying yoga posture, but it can take a significant amount of practice — perhaps years — to accomplish the full expression of the pose. Practicing the Wheel Pose is a reminder of the true heart of yoga. It takes patience and awareness to stay focused on the present moment and to accept your current circumstances, instead of always wanting to be somewhere else. Letting go of the need for outcomes will help you learn the pose slowly, yet fully. In that lesson, you will learn to confront challenges with ease and power, both on and off the mat.

POSE 4 – Side Plank Pose (Vasisthasana)

To practice the Side Plank Pose or Vasisthasana correctly, it’s important to remember that yoga poses can’t be conquered or forced. Instead of using sheer muscular effort in the pose, bring your thoughts to your breath and to the power of the present moment. Release your need to achieve a certain outcome and simply be in the now. Stay present with the challenge. The essence of yoga will be revealed to you when you can discover calmness, grace, and ease even in the most physically difficult poses.

POSE 5 – Boat Pose (Navasana)

Navasana is an empowering pose that requires dedication, practice, and a quiet mind. Just like a ship calmly making its way through a storm, Boat Pose will provide safety through balance and strength when the waves of life get rough!

By doing these yoga poses correctly every morning, you’ll achieve your desired abs in almost no time.
