5 years and… a few wrinkles???
It is never easy when it comes to looking back at what you have explored over the previous few years in your professional journey. Experiencing and embracing new ways of doing, of working, of collaborating, while trying to leverage all differences to make the corporate culture a pleasant and respectful place to work in: this is how motivation and passion led me where I am today, after 5 years.???
The corporate culture evolved, and not slightly when you consider the past 5 years. Like many of you, I successively lived different stages which made the period particularly interesting, challenging and fruitful. On this incredible path: a digital transformation journey and the adoption of a new digital workplace and tailor-made habits set, a global pandemic with the post-pandemic context that we all know, a hybrid culture implemented, cross-country collaboration programmes and brands DNA reinvented, some good intake with crisis communication management, and many more… All of these with continuous changing circumstances.??

Facing change and community management challenges in a global context first, and focused on French, Dutch and Belgian teams in a second stage, required to love people, making connections and learning about new stories. And I haven’t been disappointed so far. Our work environment gave me the opportunity to meet many inspiring people across the group and to try gathering our colleagues around the same common objectives, inviting everyone to find sense of accomplishment in their day to day.??
Despite changes, the corporate culture remains key to maintain stabilization. A healthy environment, where people can gather and stay connected to the company in a way or another. And this corporate culture is key. There is no final destination, it is a continuous process. This is also what makes the exploration even more interesting to follow.??
The party is not over. For now, let the chapter go ahead. To be continued… ??
