When we are appreciated and recognized by co-workers and management, our motivation to perform, exceeds expectation.

January 2019 marks a very important milestone in my professional career. It is a great time to celebrate the years spent in this amazing organization (BHGE) - the people, family and friends I have learned from over time – Boosting my Confidence and grooming my substance. One of my Directors said, “Felix, Great people make great companies, but its people like you that make it a success”.

With the help of my amazing wife, Founder & CEO Passports beyond Borders, I received some amazing messages from a few people who have been part of my foundation and journey, and I will love to thank them in particular.

Charles Williams & Tushar Sahoo - Your ability to mold and shape me to perform better makes you special in this career journey, you lunched 5 years back. Thank you for the opportunity and patience in making me what I am today.
