I will start to talk about THE MOUTH ?? I don′t have any doubt that much of our mental health comes from not only what we put in our mouths, but indeed, their status.

Myself, I dealt with a weird condition that almost made me crazy ?? and it was until I understand all the factors related that I could be able to manage it ?? This took me a decade, but finally I did it. More of my personal journey in my next book, which is coming soon ??

What challenges you can face? ??
And where the infections coming from? One of the most common sources is from root canals treatments. No matter what you have been told ?? there is no way as I learned, to keep your teeth sterile or "clean".
