Another Friday Fast 5 coming your way.?
Have you ever struggled with leading your team?
- Own the day. Whether you are up by 5am, 7am, or even 9am, make sure you start your day right, Skip the snooze button, get some fresh air, step? into the day in a way that fills your cup and allows you to find your flow?
- Prioritise yourself. We can always find time in the day for tasks? that have deadlines. Yet what about the things that we know are good for us, but aren’t so urgent? These are often the activities that will help you — not just as a human doing, but as a human being.?
- Find inspiration. The best ideas come when you least expect them. Instead of staring at a blank page, find inspiration by working out at the beach, visiting an art gallery, or taking an evening walk, giving your brain more space to process and disconnect. Scheduling more “white space” into your day unlocks your creative potential.?
- Focus on your vision. Design your behaviours and routines to match the vision for yourself. Think about what you want to achieve and consider the type of person you need to be to have that life, and start implementing the habits that will get you there. This idea was inspired by the book Atomic Habits.?
- Make one small change. Remember that you don’t always need to make massive changes to make a difference. Rather than trying to go from A to Z, which can be difficult and unsustainable, what is one small change that you could make to improve yourself today?
