The greatest leaders inspire us. That's what separates them from just a good leader. They take us to levels of thought that we cannot reach on our own. The greatest leaders know what it takes to motivate their followers to carry out their mission. The great ones instill a desire in us to do whatever it takes to fulfill their leader's commands.
To emulate and become the greatest leaders we must adopt a mindset to master the core principles of the greatest leaders that inspire us.

LISTEN MORE - SPEAK LESS
They listen more than they speak. Great leaders know that they will accomplish more by listening to others and learning more than being the dominant speaker. They also understand the importance of timing and knowing when and how much information to share with their followers. Words are selected with intention and focused on motivating their teams.

EXCEED EXPECTATIONS
They go above and beyond expectations and inspire others to do the same. The great ones understand the difference between pursuing excellence to produce higher value vs. requiring overtime for the appearance of going the extra mile. Going above and beyond should always be fruitful. It's the fruit that inspires more.
