5 Ways to Celebrate Halloween Virtually
It's October which means it's the month of Halloween!
Perhaps your usual Halloween plans have gone out the window, but don't fear, at Virtually Together we have some fabulous ways you can celebrate digitally and remotely from your homes.
1) Wicked Wines
￡48pp, 90 minutes, minimum group size of 10
Enjoy 5 wines that would be a welcome guest at any Halloween party!
See if you can handle the "Men in White Coats" and the "Silver Ghost", take a stroll through "Devil's Creek" avoiding those ominous "5 Ravens" and end your Halloween with "Desire, Lush & Zin"!
You will receive 100ml of each wine. There will be 2 Whites, 1 Rose and 2 Reds.
2) Scary Stories & Terrible Tales
￡99 per story-time, 30 minutes
Do you believe it ghosts? You might be safe in your home this Halloween but that doesn't mean it has to be any less spooky. Join your host for an evening of scary stories and terrible tales from the fireside.
Enjoy 3 tales, each exploring a different ghost story from Britain's dark past.
Be careful not to jump!
3) Pumpkin Carving
￡150 per workshop, 45 minutes
Are you Pumpk-in or out? Maybe you're simply the Pump-king?
If those puns weren't scary enough then why not join our pumpkin carving class? We will experiment with the tips and tricks behind carving a frightful face or shaving a devilish design into your fruit art.
We will be accompanied by a ghoulish soundtrack, Halloween trivia and ghostly facts to get us into the hallows eve spirit!
You must provide your own pumpkin.
4) Halloween Biscuit Baking
￡15pp, 60 minutes, minimum group size 10
There might not be anyone knocking on your door saying 'trick or treat' this Halloween, so it looks like you will have to eat all of the goodies!
These spooky ghosts can be made in our 60 minute baking class, hosted by a professional chef. You will be guided through each step in turn and at the end of the class you will have these fabulous treats to enjoy!
Please note that ingredients are not included. Ahead of the class we will provide an ingredients list for you to purchase ahead of the class.
5) Murder Mystery Party
Price based on group size, 90 minutes, groups of 9+
Halloween is the perfect time to get your friends or colleagues together to enjoy a Murder Mystery Party! The aim of the event is to work out 'whodunit'.
There is a murderer among you, but who is it? The event will be hosted by 2 professional actors. These actors will play characters. We will also need volunteers from your group to play characters too! They will be given a small script to say, and there may also be a few additional clues revealed throughout the event too! Dressing up is optional but encouraged.
