Breaking through fear to rewrite your story can be a challenging process, but there are several techniques that can help. We need to identify the root cause of your fear and work to address it directly.

This involves focusing your attention on the present moment and accepting your thoughts and feelings without judgment. By doing so, you can learn to observe your fears without getting caught up in them.

Ultimately, the key to overcoming fear and having freedom is to cultivate a sense of inner peace and acceptance, by releasing the past and rewriting your current and future story because your past doesn’t define you, it just shapes you for who you are today.
