We want Aptoiders to fit their personal and professional lives as they see best while excelling in their milestones. We trust Aptoiders to choose their daily working hours between 8 am and 8 pm, as long as they meet their goals and tasks. The Hybrid Working Model also allows for in-person collaboration while providing the flexibility of remote work. Aptoiders can work remotely four days a week, with one specific Team Day to attend.
