5 Ways of Adaptation in The Bangkit 2023 Program

Joining the Bangkit 2023 by Bangkit led by Google, Goto, and Traveloka program was an exciting opportunity for me to enhance my skills and collaborate with peers and mentors from diverse backgrounds. As I embarked on this journey, I realized that adaptability and resilience would be crucial in navigating the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead.

The five ways of adaptability - interacting, achieving, learning, working, and thinking - were essential in shaping my experience with the program. Here's how I applied each of these ways in my journey with Bangkit 2023:

• Way of Interacting: From day one, I made a conscious effort to build relationships with my peers and mentors. I actively participated in group discussions, asked questions, and provided feedback to others. I also sought opportunities to collaborate on group projects, which helped me to develop my communication and teamwork skills.

• Achieving: Setting goals and tracking my progress was critical in achieving success with the program.
