By joining the Bangkit program, I learned to interact with new environments. Some of the things that are most often done are weekly consultations with mentors who have different backgrounds. This teaches us to increase our confidence in communicating with foreigners, especially if we can interact using English and understand each individual's personality.

#Ways of Achieving

I still have unlimited potential and a growth-oriented outlook after being part of Bangkit. When I joined Bangkit, I was given the confidence to take opportunities and explore new fields, which was the beginning of my professional journey. I also built an extensive network of relationships that helped me in my professional advancement. Not only that, Bangkit also gave me access to experienced mentors from various industries who opened my eyes to fresh ideas.

#Ways of Learning

I learned more than I ever learned in college, especially in the field of mobile development, when I enrolled in the Mobile Development Bangkit Academy program. This has improved my results while encouraging a strong desire to learn more and explore new areas.

#Ways of Working

Using the Bangkit curriculum as a reference, I planned and organized my calendar carefully. Integrating program requirements with on-campus study sessions, I was able to meet program standards, meet assignment deadlines, and integrate myself into the Bangkit culture. By using this strategy, I can stay calm and not feel overwhelmed. I also took advantage of the Bangkit incentive program, which allows me to collect points by completing tasks.

#Ways of Thinking

I think a growth mindset is better than a fixed attitude. But after hearing about growth and a fixed mindset at an ILT Soft Skills workshop, I understand that sometimes there are still prospects that may still be profitable. Additionally, I was able to improve my time management at the second ILT Soft Skills workshop. Ultimately, this procedure made me more assertive and determined to succeed.
