5 Ways of Adaptability

Hi everyone!!

I would like to share my experience regarding my adaptation method during the bangkit program. There are 5 main parts that I use, here is the explanation:

1. Ways of Interacting

As an introvert, I realize that I have to be able to adapt to other people with various backgrounds. I also adapt to be more active in discussing with mentors or groups, especially in every ILT or Weekly Consultation session. Although there is a language barrier because I am not very fluent in English, it is not a big problem, because it encourages me to try to overcome my weaknesses.

2. Ways of Achieving

In the face of a series of tasks with tight deadlines. I adapt to be able to complete tasks on time, I make my own plan made through Google Spreadsheet. Dividing my work into several parts with deadlines earlier than the official Bangkit Academy deadline allows me to be more organized and focused on achieving the desired results and still be able to adjust my time with other tasks or activities.

3. Ways of Learning:

I took the Cloud Computing learning path, I adjusted to my learning method by taking notes. After watching the learning video, I took notes of the material in my own language. I also set my study schedule consistently every day, morning, and night to deepen the material and avoid piling up tasks.

4. Ways of Working

I am used to using several tools such as Google Spreadsheet which I use to organize my study plan and also manage my assignments or activities while at Bangkit Academy. I also use Google Calendar and Ticktick which are very helpful in providing reminders about the activities I will do.

5. Ways of Thinking

I also adapted to a growth mindset that made me practice critical and creative thinking when solving problems. I also adapted to always be open to feedback because I feel that every challenge that comes to me is an opportunity for me to grow further.

That's how I adapted while participating in the Bangkit Academy program, this program has helped me to develop and become the best version of myself.
