5 Ways of Adaptability

Hello Everyone, I am Sandy Aryo Mustiko is a member of Machine Learning from Bangkit Academy. I will explain how 5 ways to adapt while attending Bangkit Academy. Before that, adaptability refers to the capacity of individuals, organizations, or systems to adjust to changes in their environment, circumstances, or requirements.

• Ways of Interacting

During my time at Bangkit Academy, there were people who came from various regions and had different backgrounds and attitudes. Therefore, I adapted by adjusting the attitudes of the people at Bangkit Academy. At bangkit academy also uses English as the language of instruction to follow learning at Bangkit Academy such as Coursera, Dicoding, etc. So, i have to adapt to understand the language of instruction in order to follow the learning.

• Ways of Achieving

At Bangkit Academy there is a schedule of ILT SS, ILT ML, mandatory sessions and others. To achieve something I want, I prioritize the schedule that will be close to the deadline. In addition, to get achievements at Bangkit Academy, I have to follow the ILT and Mandatory Session schedules using Google Calendar as a reminder. Every month, the Bangkit cohort has milestone goals that can be achieved to earn 500 points, which can be exchanged for Bangkit merchandise.

• Ways of Learning

At Bangkit Academy, I learned about machine leaning. where there are courses on coursera and dicoding. The way for me to learn at Bangkit Academy is to study together with my group of friends and ask the mentor about the obstacles I get. Every day there is always a new opportunity to develop my knowledge and skills in Bangkit Academy. Whether it's mastering complex technical concepts, exploring new technologies, or honing my problem-solving skills, I approach every learning opportunity with enthusiasm and curiosity. I adapt by adopting versatile learning strategies, utilizing online resources, collaborating with colleagues, and seeking guidance from experienced mentors.

• Ways of Working

Collaboration and teamwork were essential pillars of success in Bangkit. As I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams on course and project. I had to adapt my working to complement the strengths and membantu my teammates. I embraced agile methodologies, prioritized effective communication, and fostered a culture of accountability and transparency. By cultivating a collaborative spirit and leveraging the collective intelligence of my team, i delivered impactful solutions.

• Ways of Thinking

During my journey with Bangkit Academy, my mindset and approach to problem solving has changed. I learned to adapt to think critically, creatively, and adaptively in the face of complex challenges because at bangkit academy every problem must be solved with critical thinking. Therefore, I use a developed mindset to adapt to thinking at bangkit academy.
