5 Ways Of Adaptability

Hello everyone, here I want to share my experience while participating in the Bangkit Academy 2024 program. This program hones my technical and communication skills to achieve success in the technology field.

1.?????? Ways to Interacting

The Bangkit program is attended by students from various regions in Indonesia, who have different backgrounds. This is a challenge for me to adjust to communicating. The interactions I mean include teamwork, listening to other people's opinions, and having empathy. I feel high empathy among the participants, especially when helping each other if someone is having difficulties.

2.?????? Ways to Achieving

This program requires a high commitment to honing hard skills and soft skills. I learned to improve time management and priorities. I divide my time between college assignments, mandatory Bangkit activities, and completing my final assignment. Google Calendar is very helpful in organizing schedules, as well as to-do lists to prioritize tasks.

3.?????? Ways to Learning

The Bangkit program has dense material, especially material in English. To understand it, I use tools and note down new vocabulary. I also read modules, watch reference videos, and discuss with friends to understand difficult material. This program requires me to learn independently and quickly.

4.?????? Ways to Working

A tight schedule and short deadlines for assignments sometimes make me panic. Waysever, this actually motivates me to be more disciplined. I make a daily to-do list to write down priority targets. At the first milestone, I made a mistake when submitting an assignment, forgetting to fill out a Google Form which caused the assignment to be considered late. From there, I learned to be more thorough and not rush.

5.?????? Ways to Thinking

Before joining Bangkit, I was more focused on the existing guidelines. Waysever, after joining this program, I was trained to think creatively and analytically. Every problem I face, I first analyze the cause and find the appropriate solution. This program also encourages me to be more active in seeking information, so that my insight becomes broader.
