Throughout my Bangkit journey, I acquired a multitude of skills, encompassing both soft and hard skills. In this article, I aim to convey my experience in acclimatizing to the professional environment, particularly within the Bangkit program. I can delineate five key facets of adaptability: Ways of Interacting, Ways of Achieving, Ways of? Learning, Ways of Working, and Ways of Thinking.
1. Ways of Interacting
As individuals, our social fulfillment is contingent upon interactions with others. Drawing from the insights of 'Courage to be Disliked', the act of contributing to others' well-being can foster personal happiness. To attain this, one must navigate through various challenges in interacting with diverse individuals, cultures, and environments. Personally, forging meaningful connections has been the most challenging aspect for me within the Bangkit ecosystem, necessitating adjustments in mindset, personality, and approach.
2. Ways of Achieving
Attaining goals requires a clear sense of purpose ('why') and the establishment of attainable objectives. In Bangkit, the imperative to fulfill 'quests' within stipulated timeframes necessitated the application of soft skills acquired during Instructor-Led Training (ILT).
3. Ways of? Learning
Bangkit offers a comprehensive training program covering both technical and interpersonal skills. Dicoding Indonesia offers extensive mobile development courses, while ILT sessions concentrate on refining communication and professionalism. To broaden my understanding, I've also delved into supplementary external resources. The integration of Dicoding's courses, ILT sessions, and external learning has significantly contributed to shaping my versatile proficiency in mobile development.

4. Ways of? Working
During my time at Bangkit, I incorporated new methods to improve my workflow. Utilizing Google Calendar has made scheduling more organized, enabling better time management and task prioritization. Moreover, I regularly monitor emails and Discord for timely updates, which has boosted my responsiveness and overall efficiency in task management.
5. Ways of thinking
Adaptability hinges on a receptive mindset primed for continuous learning. Within Bangkit, I gleaned insights on adjusting my mindset, emphasizing the need for a balanced blend of fixed and growth mindsets. An illustrative lesson in fostering a growth mindset is the concept of 'emptying our cup to refill it', signifying the necessity to humble oneself and embrace new perspectives.
Thank you, Bangkit Academy!
