5 Ways Of Adaptability.

From the ILT Soft Skill in Bangkit, Adaptability is the ability to learn flexibly and efficiently and to apply that knowledge across situations. For the simple explanation from me, Adaptability is means being able to change and adjust when things around you change. It's like being flexible and versatile, able to handle surprises or new situations without getting too stressed. It's about being able to cope well with changes and challenges. From the ILT Soft Skill, there are 5 ways to navigate adaptability, including: Interacting, Achieving, Learning, Working, and Thinking.

So, I’ll share my 5 Ways adaptability experience when I joined the Bangkit Academy program.

??Ways of Interacting

At Bangkit Academy, there are many things I need to adapt to because Bangkit Academy's people are unfamiliar to me. As someone who finds it difficult and lacks confidence to interact with new people, this is a challenge for me. By overcoming my lack of confidence, I strive to actively engage in interactions in every Bangkit activity, group discussions, or even just chitchat with cohorts, which has had a positive impact on me. Currently, I have many friends to discuss, tell stories, and relax with as a Bangkit cohort. Of course, everything goes well with the support of friends, mentors, instructors, and myself who strive to achieve goals.

????Ways of Achieving

Because I had a strong desire to join Bangkit Academy, I have become someone who is ambitious to learning and has a great curiosity to be eligible for the Bangkit program. Whereas previously, I was someone who was unambitious because I didn't have a real desire to achieve (indecisive).

????Ways of Learning

As a non-IT student, many things are very different for me, especially in terms of learning. The Cloud Computing Learning path is new to me. Learning from theory to practice in Cloud Computing, I am trying hard to adapt to the learning environment. My way of adapting is by understanding the learning patterns at Bangkit, knowing the learning flow I should follow as a beginner, managing my time effectively for learning, and being consistent. Of course, this goes well partly because of the support from my ways of interacting.

????Ways of Working

I maximize my ways to manage time well and effectively because I need to balance the busy activities at Bangkit Academy with activities outside of Bangkit Academy. That's what I do to adapt to the workload in my current life.

??♀Ways of Thinking

At Bangkit Academy, I adapt to become someone who thinks critically and open-mindedly, so I realize that many questions or expressions about my thoughts on the world of Cloud Computing to Soft Skills, which I realize are actually very vast if I explore them. Of course, Im able to adapt well, triggered by the challenges at Bangkit also my growth mindset and my willingness to achieve goals.

In conclusion, my experience at Bangkit Academy has been transformative, as I've learned to navigate adaptability through various challenges and opportunities. Through active engagement, ambition, effective time management, and critical thinking, I've not only overcome initial hurdles but also grown personally and professionally. Bangkit Academy has equipped me with invaluable skills and experiences that will continue to shape my journey moving forward.
