Hello everyone, in this article, I'd like to share my experience with the 5 ways I practiced adaptability when I joined the Bangkit 2023 H2 program. This program is a career readiness initiative designed by Google and conducted online. Here are the 5 ways adaptability experience i did when i joined the Bangkit 2023 H2 program.

- Practicing Active Listening: I'll listen carefully to others, try to understand their perspective, and avoid making quick judgments.
- Using Different Learning Resources: To better grasp difficult topics, I'll utilize various learning materials like videos and articles, especially on platforms like Coursera
- Being Open to New Ideas: I'll stay open to new ideas and different viewpoints to understand others better and find the best solutions in complex situations.
- Being a Good Team Player: When working together, I'll provide support and cooperation to achieve our goals.
- Clear Communication: I'll always communicate goals, expectations, and responsibilities clearly to prevent confusion.
- Flexibility and Adaptation: I'll adapt quickly to changes in online classes, such as shifting schedules and material updates.
- Critical Thinking: I'll develop critical thinking skills to evaluate information from various sources and avoid stereotypes and preconceptions that can limit my adaptability.
- Creative Thinking: I'll think creatively and consider different perspectives when dealing with complex situations.
