5 Ways of Adaptability

Adaptability is the ability to adjust to new environments, which is key to dealing with a changing world. ?I would like to share my experience about 5 ways to adapt during the Bangkit Academy program ????.

1. Ways of Interacting

In the Bangkit Program, I met people from different backgrounds and cultures, so my ability to adapt in communication is very necessary. In addition, I also adapted to using English in communication because the Bangkit program requires the use of English in every activity. I realized the importance of being able to adapt by interacting with others can help in improving relationships and strong collaboration in social and professional settings.

2. Ways of Achieving

I have set my goals and achievements since I joined the Bangkit Academy program. Adaptability means being flexible, effective and efficient in my approach to achieving my goals. In the process of achieving them, I learned to manage my time and priorities and see obstacles as opportunities to learn and develop strategies to overcome them.

3. Ways of Learning

The Bangkit Academy program provides various tools and activities for learning, the way I learned in this Bangkit Program was by utilizing the various resources provided as well as seeking other sources including seeking continuous feedback, and being open to experimentation and failure. By applying this I gained new skills and knowledge, which proved very beneficial in project endeavors and personal growth.

4. Ways of Working

In the work environment, I realized how important it is to be able to adapt to various situations, so as to get the job done more effectively. The Bangkit Academy program is very busy, with 916 hours of study, so I had to learn to manage my time better. Every day I make a daily schedule for myself by prioritizing to learn the material and complete the tasks by adjusting the Bangkit timeline or even faster.?

5. Ways of Thinking

In the initial ILT Soft Skill session I got the material "Fixed Mindset & Growth Mindset" this session helped in developing my mindset. Now I apply Growth Mindset to achieve my goals by accepting failure and making it a motivation to learn and develop and see obstacles as opportunities, I also learn to open myself to creative and innovative thinking.

The Bangkit Academy program gave me experience in adapting to a new environment.? By applying the "5 Ways of Adaptability" I can adapt to changes, overcome challenges better, and achieve goals more effectively#lifeAtBangkit?#Bangkit2024
