5 Ways Of Adaptability

I'm happy to be a part of the Bangkit Academy Machine Learning Path program because it offers a lot of knowledge that improves Hard Skills and Soft Skills quickly. One of the things that is taught in the Soft Skill material is how to adjust accurately and quickly without hurting other people. I will therefore be pleased to discuss 5 Ways of Adaptation in the Bangkit Academy Program on this occasion.

Ways of Interacting

Bangkit is one of the favorite partners in MBKM activities, especially in the Independent Study program, no wonder when I joined there were so many people who had different backgrounds from all over Indonesia. In the learning process that involves many people who allow interacting together, getting to know each other, learning together, or just to add relationships. This can improve communication and collaboration skills.

Way of Achieving

In the process, Bangkit always wants to improve the quality of its output so that it can compete in the world of work, one of which is with a system of rewards and penalties. When we show our sincerity, we will be rewarded with money or goods. Conversely, when we are down, Bangkit will give some kind of penalty so that we realize that there are responsibilities that must be completed.

Way of Learning

Bangkit consistently prioritizes quality, and we receive a lot of help as we advance our machine learning expertise. Among the platforms we use at Bangkit are Coursera, Dicoding, Google Classroom, You Tube, and many more. The professional quality and amount of the content that is taught is highly solid and beneficial to you.

Way of Working

The scheduling is one advantage of enrolling in the Bangkit program. The Bangkit team has integrated Google Calender to enable us to work as much as possible. To achieve the best results, we must also actively engage with one another and value cooperation. Before the program begins, deadlines have been set for each material, allowing us to schedule our time as efficiently as possible.

Way of Thinking

There will be Brainstorming activities every week, including discussions on Hard and Soft Skills. Bangkit also offers workshops on stress management, opening your mind, time management, and effective thinking in the workplace.
