Adaptability and resilience have a close relationship to face and overcome life's challenges. Adaptability which is very important for everyone to have in order to learn flexibly and efficiently and apply this knowledge in various situations. However, having adaptability alone is not enough. Resilience is needed, because it helps each individual to bounce back from setbacks, adapt to change and keep going in the face of difficulties.
There are 5 ways to adapt, namely, interaction, achievement, learning, work, and thinking. During my time at rise, I learned how to adapt and implement it.
Ways of interacting
The first time I joined Bangkit I had difficulty socializing with other people. I can only listen to what they discussed. But on second thought, I realized if this continued I would have no networking. Moreover, this program has individuals from various regions, cultures and ages. In the end I ventured to get acquainted with other cohorts. Discussing campus activities, asking about hobbies, even discussing material. Interacting with each other is an opportunity to build relationships with friends from all over Indonesia and help me grow.
Ways of Achieving
When I first became a cohort at Bangkit Academy, my main goal was to develop my skills in technology. To achieve that, I commit to discipline, create to-do-lists based on priorities, and build time management.

Ways of Working
The way I work, I do the planning to be able to achieve my target. Build time management and keep all distractions away, so I can focus on my course. By developing these ways, I have more confidence in my ability to adapt.
Ways of Thinking
Having a growth mindset is very important. In ILT soft skills, I remember very well what it would be like if I thought something was right but according to other people it was wrong. the instructor provides suggestions for constructing a decision tree. From there I understood why it is so important to have a growth mindset. Having such thoughts makes me more open minded by receiving feedback from others and makes myself more comfortable
