5 Ways of Adaptability

Adaptability is about learning flexibly and efficiently and applying that knowledge in different situations. While in the Bangkit 2024 Program, I experienced this firsthand by adapting in five key areas: interacting, achieving, learning, working, and thinking. Here's how these shaped my journey:
Ways of Interacting ??
Joining Bangkit 2024, particularly through ILT (Instructor Led Training) and weekly consultations, exposed me to a diverse group of students, mentors, and instructors. This pushed me to enhance my communication skills and appreciate different perspectives, improving my collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Ways of Achieving ??
At Bangkit, I learned that having clear goals is crucial to achieving maximum results. At first, I was often overwhelmed by the number of tasks, but by setting priorities and realistic deadlines, I could focus more and avoid procrastination. Working in a team also taught me the importance of following group norms. We have a timeline that helps each member stay aligned and productive so that common goals can be achieved more easily and efficiently.

Ways of Learning ??
At Bangkit, I discovered the value of being proactive in my learning. In addition to setting personal learning goals, I took full advantage of the courses and guidance provided by experienced instructors and mentor. Discussions with other Bangkit cohorts further supported my growth and helped me develop new skills.
Ways of Working ??????
During the Bangkit 2024 program, I learned to adapt to different ways of working, from managing virtual teamwork across time zones to adjusting to Bangkit's collaborative culture. I had to be flexible with the tools we used and create a productive workspace at home, which wasn’t always easy. By adapting to the fast-paced environment and diverse team dynamics, I was able to improve my communication and problem-solving skills, helping me work more efficiently and achieve better results.
Ways of Thinking ??
Bangkit pushed me to learn many new things in a short period, which required me to adopt a growth mindset. I learned to see challenges as opportunities to grow, not as obstacles. I also became more comfortable with mistakes, realizing that they are an important part of the learning process.
