Ways of Interacting
At the beginning of the program, I faced the challenge of adapting to interactions with new friends and mentors who came from diverse backgrounds, whether in terms of culture, region, or level of expertise. Since the program participants came from various backgrounds, I had to refine my communication skills, such as expressing ideas clearly, asking the right questions, and respecting others' opinions, especially during group discussions. This made it easier for me to collaborate and build strong relationships, both personally and professionally.
Ways of Achieving
The biggest challenge in this program was managing my time. The curriculum was quite intensive, and there were many targets to achieve. To stay on track, I needed to develop an effective time management strategy. I broke down large tasks into smaller steps, set realistic deadlines, and regularly checked my progress. Although it could be overwhelming at times due to balancing assignments, exams, and other projects, by focusing on priorities, I was able to remain productive and reach important milestones throughout the program.
Ways of Learning
In Bangkit, I was required to learn quickly, especially regarding cloud computing technology that I wasn't very familiar with. I had to be ready to change and adapt. I actively sought additional resources, such as official documentation, online tutorials, and discussions with peers to deepen my understanding. Practical learning in labs and projects also helped significantly, as I could directly apply what I learned, making it easier for me to grasp key concepts. I also learned to adjust my learning methods to fit a more independent online system.

Ways of Working
Teamwork became one of the challenges in Bangkit, especially since everything was done remotely. I had to adapt to various working styles and schedules of my teammates. I learned to be more flexible with my time, actively contribute, and always ensure that my role in the team was clear. This made teamwork more efficient, allowing us to complete projects even when facing tight deadlines or technical challenges.
Ways of Thinking
Bangkit encouraged me to be more creative in finding solutions. I started to shift from a rigid way of thinking to a more flexible and open-minded approach. When facing technical issues, I tried new ideas and was not afraid to learn from failures. Feedback also became an important part of this process, helping me adapt more quickly to changing needs and find effective solutions.
Overall, Bangkit truly honed my ability to adapt in various areas: interaction, achievement, learning, working, and thinking. These experiences not only enhanced my technical skills but also prepared me to face challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
