Hii Guys!!!, Here I will share a story about how I was able to survive by adapting using the "5 Ways of Adaptability" during my time as a cohort at Bangkit Academy.
1. Ways of Interacting
We know that everyone has a different way of communicating, personality, language, age and other things. Communicating with people I already know is very different when meeting new people. I'm thankful that I have the type of person who is easy to get along with new people. Just like a house with a door. When we want to enter, of course we knock on the door first, right? Slowly but surely, I made many friends at Bangkit Academy.
2. Ways of Achieving
Everything we want to achieve must of course go through the right path. have consistency and high discipline by doing the assignments and projects given in a timely, disciplined and consistent manner. I feel that all assignments, projects and others can be completed properly and on time according to the specified schedule.
3. Ways of Learning
By working on projects and attending events that have been given by the Bangkit Academy team, where there are many sessions by experts and instructors who teach participants about soft and hard skills. Then, there is also a Capstone project that is made to train problem solving skills, team communication, time management and responsibility.

4. Ways of Working
I am very lucky to be a part of Bangkit Academy because it is truly a place that creates a friendly and safe environment for everyone to learn. Although, there are many new things both in terms of learning such as LAB work in the GSCB course and the timeline that I have to adjust. That's where I learned to manage my time and learn to use the GSCB LAB more deeply.
5. Ways of Thinking
In this case, thinking about Growth Mindset is very meaningful in changing my thinking from having a Fixed Mindset to a Growth Mindset. At the beginning, I thought that I could do everything myself without needing the help of others. Obviously, I did that because I was afraid of depending on others. Of course, Growth Mindset made me realize that humans cannot live without the help of others. With the help of others, the projects and tasks that I do can be helped and completed properly.
Overall, the 5 Ways of Adaptability really helped me a lot in carrying out every responsibility that I had to do during my time as a cohort at Bangkit Academy. Hope this helps!!!
Thank you??
