I have thrived in the Bangkit Academy 2023 program thanks to my capacity to adapt and be resilient in the continuously changing environment we live in today. For both individuals and organizations, the capacity to adapt to novel circumstances, technology, and settings is crucial. I have embraced the 5 Ways of Adaptability throughout my journey: interacting, achieving, learning, working, and thinking. I'm excited to tell you my experience and highlight how these factors have influenced it.

Ways of Interacting

Effective interaction skills are essential to creating wholesome and fruitful connections, whether in personal relationships, social situations, or professional settings. In the Bangkit program, I have discovered that communicating with people from various origins and cultures in an entirely online setting is sometimes difficult. Therefore, it's crucial for me to cultivate self-motivation, especially with my business. It's rather than this program that is prone to luring me away from it. When I encounter difficulties and lose motivation, having a sense of purpose truly helps me find my way back to my objectives.

I took advantage of this chance by asking instructors and fellow students for comments, thinking back on my experiences, and remaining curious.
