5 Ways of Adaptabilily

Hello! I'm Aulia, one of the participants of the Bangkit Academy 2024, and I'm extremely proud to be a part of this program. This extraordinary experience has taught me a lot, including the ability to adapt. Here's how I've adapted during this program.

Ways of Interacting

The Bangkit Academy offers an online platform that brings together participants from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I've learned that the ability to adapt and collaborate is not only applied in academic activities but also in everyday social interactions. Getting to know other participants has enriched my communication skills, enabling me to build stronger and more effective relationships with various personality types.

Ways of Achieving

Adapting in terms of achievement became crucial when I faced new challenges in time management and multitasking after joining the Bangkit Academy. This program not only strengthens technical skills (hard skills) but also hones social skills (soft skills) that are crucial for my future career development. Through this experience, I began to view challenges as opportunities for growth and self-development.

Learning at the Bangkit Academy offers an experience that is vastly different from a conventional university environment. I'm impressed with the well-organized structure and the accuracy of the material presented. A wide range of resources, from video tutorials to experience sharing sessions, has provided a solid foundation for the development of my knowledge and skills in various technology fields.

Completing the Bangkit program requires high discipline and efficient time management. I had to carefully manage my daily schedule and responsibilities to balance between program tasks and other duties. Despite the busy schedule, I learned to manage time more effectively, increasing productivity and efficiency in every action I take.

Ways of Thinking

The Bangkit Academy program has stimulated the development of my mindset. I honed my time management skills and enhanced my critical and analytical abilities. With the presence of ILT, I was able to exchange thoughts and adapt to new ideas from my peers, enriching my perspective in responding to complex challenges. The adaptability skills I developed during this program not only enriched my learning experience at the Bangkit Academy but also prepared me for future professional world challenges, where adaptability is the key to sustained success.
