5 WAYS TO ADAPT !!!

Adaptability is a sign of strength and essential for thriving in any environment. It’s a crucial skill for healthy competition. I've identified five ways to adapt: interacting, achieving, learning, working, and thinking. These foundations help us integrate seamlessly into our surroundings.
Here’s how I apply them in the Bangkit program:
Ways of Interacting
Before joining the Bangkit program, I mainly communicated vocally with people from my own regional background. For interactions with those from different areas, I mostly relied on social media chats. The Bangkit program introduced me to cohorts from diverse backgrounds and cultures, which encouraged me to engage more vocally through platforms like Discord voice channels. We frequently discuss challenging topics, share knowledge, and explore the unique aspects of our regions.
Ways of Achieving
In the Bangkit program, as an ambitious student, I set my goal at the beginning of the program to become the top graduate, especially since I heard this is the last edition of Bangkit. I want to earn that title. Additionally, I aim to achieve every milestone to increase my points, so I have created a daily study plan to reach that goal
Ways of Learning
Everyone has different learning styles, and I certainly have my own. In college, we learn the basics from professors but are expected to explore and develop our knowledge independently. This can be quite ineffective, especially with a heavy workload. In the Bangkit program, there’s a strong emphasis on self-exploration and independent learning. Since I already applied this approach in my previous studies, I’ve found it easy to adapt to Bangkit's methods.

Ways of Working
I've organized my schedule and sorted tasks based on importance using Google Calendar. My life isn't solely about the Bangkit program; I also have other activities. I implement the "Bangkit for All" method, prioritizing mandatory Bangkit activities first, followed by other commitments, and then optional activities outside of Bangkit.
Ways of Thinking
I’ve completely changed my mindset since joining this program, shifting from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. I used to frequently compare my achievements to those of others, but now I realize that everyone has their own way of developing, and there’s no right or wrong approach to growth. I believe that with a growth mindset, we can unlock our potential and skills in ways we might not expect.
