5 Ways to Adapt in Bangkit 2024

Adapting to new challenges and environments is a crucial part of personal and professional growth. My journey through the @bangkit academy led by program highlighted five key areas where adaptation played a significant role: interaction, achievement, learning, work, and thinking.

• Ways of Interacting

Creating connections and exchanging knowledge with fellow participants made me increasingly interested in actively developing my engagement skills. The collaborative atmosphere at Bangkit led by Google, Goto, and Traveloka was a catalyst for forming meaningful relationships and fostering a culture of mutual support.

• Ways of Achieving

One of the achievements I enjoy is successfully completing each task on time. Every time I complete a task, I feel satisfied and proud, which further motivates me to continue achieving. Success in achieving my targets gives me the confidence and enthusiasm to keep going.

• Ways of Learning

My enthusiasm for learning grew as I delved into the materials provided. The structured learning environment and the wealth of resources available in Bangkit motivated me to study harder and grasp complex concepts with greater understanding. This relentless pursuit of knowledge was both challenging and rewarding.

• Ways of Working

Time management is an important skill that I need to develop. With so many tasks and deadlines, I learned to be more disciplined in managing my schedule, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed without compromising the quality of results. This time management skill is a valuable skill that I can apply in various fields in the future.

• Ways of Thinking

Meeting other cohorts with critical and innovative minds was a great experience. Discussions and collaborations with them inspired me to develop my critical thinking, especially in machine learning. Seeing different perspectives challenged me to dig deeper, learn new things, and continue to hone my analytical skills.
