5 Toxic Manipulation Tactics Of Women

When it comes to dealing with narcissistic relationships, one thing that gets narcissists all caught up is how much they try bonding their victims to them, if thier victim is weak minded then they might actually have the upper hand in that relationship. Today I'm exposing these tactics to the public so people can be aware of what's happening and pay close attention to it. These are my personal experiences, I learnt the hard way because I was deeply rooted in thier cycles of lies and deception.

Women are masters of psychology, some uses thier natural gift for good and some are deceptive about it. Everyone has thier light and dark side. Narcissists uses these five tactics I'm about to share with you now on thier victims.

1. WITHDRAWAL METHOD - Women know how to get you worried about them. While you busy texting her all day long and she seem cold to you, not giving any reason for that, Most times it's not your problem. Most guys have been programmed that if a lady is keeping to herself, not saying much then something must he wrong. Your brain automatically codes into panic mode and you'll start thinking if you did anything wrong to her. Just chill bro... this is just a tactic to get you clingy towards them.

2. MIRRORING METHOD - Mirroring is often used by narcissists and sociopaths. This is a love bombing tactics that ties you to them, in otherwords we can say that mirroring us when someone copy the characteristics & traits of someone else, this could be through body language, verbal & physical habits, attitudes, tendencies etc. They evaluate what you need in a relationship so they can present them as the perfect match for you. The problem is that it's never genuine, it's a tactic they use to bring your guards down so they can fulfill whatever agenfer they have. One common question they ask when you meet them is "What kind of Woman do you like". They hurry up to ask these questions even before you get to know them as friends, they ask you so they can present themselves in that light to make you see them as the woman of your dreams.

3. GUILT TRIPPING METHOD - Women are highly sensitive and idealistic by nature, which is definitely a good thing. But some women uses this as a means to manipulate men so much and speaking from experiences, Guilt tripping was what ended my last relationship. Do you know that feeling of "something ain't right in this relationship?" Because you're noticing that your girlfriend is distancing herself, giving you excuses and acting differently? Probably when you tried asking her, she makes it seem like maybe you're the one who's overthinking and probably you're insecure. Funny how you'll immediately start apologizing to her for what you said out of curiosity whereas you've been right all along? She's been distracted by other activities, probably she has someone else and she kept you at the side. It's crazy how confused you'll look at the end, when you realize you've been correct all along.

4. HOT & COLD METHOD - This is a stable and slowly killing method women uses often on a man. One moment the conversation is all fired up and y'all talking for hours and hours, texting, calling and then boom! She ghosts you. Leaving you hanging and guessing what went wrong between y'all.

5. LOVE BOMBING METHOD - This is the most strategic and darkest ones, it comes in waves.. just to suck you in and control you just the way she likes. Love bombing involves hyping you up and complimenting you, she's gonna make you feel like you're the perfect match and you're that special man for her. This is how love bombing looks like...

Day 1: OMG!! You're so handsome.

Day 2: I think we have something in common

Day 3: I don't usually fall for someone this fast

Day 4: I just feel like we're meant to be together

Day 5: I love you

And you'll realize by the end of this process, you're falling hard, so hard that you become a love zombie. You become obsessed with her and you start chasing after her. Alpha & Sigma males don't chase, we don't chase we attract.

How i moved from a simp to an alpha and now to a sigma male is all about "stoicism" discovering your true identity, reprogramming your mind and making your dreams your priority. I educate my fellow young men on stoicism so much that i really want so many men out there to wake up from the bed of lies that their narcissist partner has prepared for them.. I tell youths like myself to Never chase a woman, if you love her then let her go, what is for you will find you.
