2. Ensure that the first page contains all essential information, including the following, in this proportion:
1/4 OF THE PAGE: PERSONAL INFORMATION

1/4 OF THE PAGE: EDUCATION INFORMATION

2/4 OF THE PAGE: WORK EXPERIENCE INFORMATION
-If you have worked in many places and wish to elaborate on each place but feel it may overwhelm the reader, use this section to provide a summary of all the places you have worked. You can present it in a table with: i) Duration of employment, ii) Company/institution name, iii) Position held.
-The second page will continue to elaborate in detail on each position mentioned on the first page but briefly. This helps the employer to get all your information, and you can impress them with past work, which they might miss if they are not interested in your first page.
- If you don't have many experiences, start on the first page to explain your experience.
-Referees (you can include them, but it's not mandatory. You can write a sentence like "Referee details are available on request.")
3. Ensure you use a simple but appealing template. If you use colors to enhance your headings, use muted colors to avoid your CV looking like a Christmas tree.
4. When writing your CV, keep in mind: Your CV represents you in offices where people don't know you, and it's your identity; represent yourself well. Review your CV and evaluate if, hypothetically as the employer, you would shortlist yourself for an interview. There are around 5000 others applying for the same job. Your CV will be reviewed by someone like you, who is tired and annoyed when they see mistakes in CVs. If you fail to organize your profile well, it indicates that you may not perform well in the given job.
5.????? Provide detailed work experience;
When explaining your experience, do not just copy your job description. Write about what you do at work. Sometimes, the work we do exceeds our job descriptions.
·??????? Explain about your roles
·??????? Explain about your achievements
If you see your CV is having too many pages then you can just focus on your job achievements in a short but brief manner.
