Whether it's in your job or your personal life as a whole, learning how to manage your time effectively can help you feel focused and in control.

So here are my 5 top tips for effective time management that I have found to be very useful in both life and business:

By creating a plan, you’re organising the tasks at hand. When you have a structured timetable, your organisational skills improve tremendously.


2.          ?????? ???????? ????????????.

Set realistic time slots for all your tasks and stick to that. This can be done by writing in a diary, setting alarms to keep track of the time spent on different tasks or by using an online software, Myself and the team at Bradgate Property Group LTD use an online calendar that allows us to allocate particular times for specific tasks at hand.


3.          ?????????? ???? ?????? ?????? ?????????? ??????????.

PRIORITISE!

Focus on the tasks that are more important first AND stop perfecting the small mediocre tasks. Don’t put too much focus on tasks that aren’t necessary.


4.          ?????????? ?? ????????????????.

A plan of action and how to execute it is so important in time management – figure out how you are going to be more successful in executing all the tasks you have in time. Plan in order to execute!

It’s important to schedule in time to refresh, grab a drink, grab some lunch and take some time for yourself. Gather your thoughts and make time for yourself.
