Everyone is getting ready for Christmas, for a break, for some time off, surely no one wants to buy serious business products?
WRONG
In fact the best salespeople aren't slowing down right now, they're speeding up!
They're closing people who DO need solutions right now, and more importantly they're building HUGE pipelines for January so when they come back in the New Year from their Christmas break, they're sitting on a very good month and a very good start to the year.
Today, we're going to share 5 BIG tips to help you build more pipeline in December to end this month strong but to also set you up for a SUPER start to 2023.

Pipeline Tip No.1 - Work through your REFERRALS
This is a HUGE tip that most salespeople will be too scared to take advantage of, but each and every one of your customers from 2022 is a potential goldmine of opportunities for 2023. Each one could have anywhere between 1-10+ people they might be able to introduce to you, creating one of the most easily accessible lead generation strategies out there.
Here's our TOP TIP: Send an email, LinkedIn message or call up your customers from 2022 to thank them for their business this year, wish them a Merry Christmas, arrange a catch up call in the New Year and then ask if they may know anyone else who might be interested or who might benefit like they did.
What's the worst that can happen, they say no? The best that can happen, more pipeline opportunities for you for December and January.
Pipeline Tip No.2 - Send an AUDIO or VIDEO message on LinkedIn
This is another one that most salespeople don't do because they're too scared to. Yet prospects and decision makers often LOVE them. If you haven't sent any this year, or even if you haven't sent many, you may have missed out on lots of potential opportunities.
As we go into December now is the perfect time to send your prospects and customers a personalised audio and video message. Get creative as well, perhaps a little humour, like wearing a Santa hat in a video message to a prospect? Pipeline Tip No.3 - Automate routine tasks to free more time for PROSPECTING
If you want to build more pipeline you're going to need more time to do prospecting activities. One of the easiest ways to create more time is to automate tasks that can be automated. These often include admin tasks, routine tasks, even some prospecting activities can be automated.
