As a war veteran, political representative, entrepreneur and more, Captain Tibbetts dedicated his life to serving our islands and its people. The 10th Annual Coco Fest returns on 22 February, celebrating the rich history and love for the Cayman coconut. Held at Pedro St. James, this event brings the community together to enjoy coconut-based products, delicacies and crafts. Tickets are CI$15 for adults, CI$5 for children ages 6-12, and free for those under 5.
One Bag At A Time
Foster’s is stepping up its sustainability game by eliminating single-use plastic bags at checkout, as of yesterday. Customers will now be offered a reusable alternative for CI$0.25. Proceeds will support initiatives, charities, and campaigns that work towards the removal of single-use plastics in the Cayman Islands. Go green!
