5 Things You Need to Include In Your Life for Inner Satisfaction

'What is inner satisfaction?' One might ask. Giving this term a definite definition would be wrong as some get it from one source and some already have it in them. But one thing is for sure, it always comes from WITHIN. Even the term says it!
Whenever a person is asked to be happy, to be content, or to be passionate about things in life - they start looking outside of themselves to find something with which they can attach these feelings. WRONG!
Looking out at other peoples' flaws is quite easy, their success, their weakness is very easy, everyone is doing it. However, looking inside ourselves, evaluating ourselves, assessing our weaknesses, working on our motivation, or criticizing ourselves - now that's what requires strength.
There is no hard and fast rule that only these five things can bring you inner satisfaction, but they can surely help you in one way or another.
Number 1: You've been kind to everyone, It's time to be kind to yourself!
Now, everyone says it... but how to be kind to ourselves? Looks fancy and everything, but how to do it?
Start saying NO where you should have said YES and start saying YES where you should have said NO!
Now, this statement does not apply everywhere and you need to assess the situation. To be precise, you need to make different choices.
A good opportunity comes, good money, a reputable company, and whatnot, but the manager is not so good with people. You think to yourself, at least the money is good, it's okay to take it!
What happens next? You can't speak your mind, you're scared to grow, you're afraid to show your true potential? See? Intuition. It always speaks to you, but we deliberately ignore it.
Now, my friend, trust your intuition and don't do a thing because everyone is doing it or because it is offering good money and reputation. PEACE is IMPORTANT, Period.
Congratulations, you're no longer unkind to yourself if you're already following your gut feeling.
Number 2: You can do a lot with something so little!
What are we all racing about? Getting good money, higher ranks, and whatnot - not settling on little ever as if it is a sin. Sadly, the trend started with one person and the whole generation is paying for it even today.
From our finances to the clothes in our closet, if you come out of your worries and start seeing the positive, you will definitely find a way to bring more to the table. But first, take the garbage out of your head and fill the space with good thoughts, it encourages creativity!
Are you unable to do charity? Here's what you can do, whenever you pay for something, say a little prayer that wherever this money goes, it profits the person. You don't have six digits salary? Invest 10% of your amount and multiply it.
You will find hundreds of excuses within yourself and only one voice telling you to just do it, but you won't because you're scared. It's time to take the leap of faith, what have you got to lose?
Number 3: STOP BEING TERRIFIED OF EVERYTHING, PERIOD!
It's in all caps because it is seriously damaging our inner peace.
I am scared I won't get the marks, I am afraid I am not good for the job, I am scared to lose my savings, I am scared to make an investment, and so on!
I mean what do you actually have to lose? Are the things that you can lose so easily, worth it? If something is not yours, you will lose it eventually, so why are you scared? Take more risks. Don't be someone who spent his whole life in his mind only.
You may not experience the inner peace coming from it at the very moment, but when everyone else will be like 'I wish I had done this in my life...' - you'll feel it.
Number 4: Take care of your mind!
You attract what you think, easy and simple. If you want inner satisfaction as you want it with all your heart and soul, then there's no way that you will not get it.
The best example for your mind is to consider it a garden. How do you want it? You want it to be full of flowers or thorns?
You want inner peace, think 10 best thoughts that encourage inner satisfaction in your life, and try to replace all negative thoughts in your mind with these 10 thoughts. Do the exercise for the next 15 days and see the change yourself!
You need to take care of your mind to bring the change.
Number 5: Say No to Procrastination!
If you want to go to bed with a sense of accomplishment every night then take a paper and pen every morning, write the tasks, and cut them as soon as they are done.
This is the best exercise to attract inner satisfaction to each day of your life. When you will see the paper with everything done, you will feel the inner satisfaction that is hard to replace with anything else.
Not to forget about how it will keep you on track as well. Never be late to a party, you won't get to enjoy to the fullest!
