The solve the problem of creating a high quality workout without having to go to a boutique gym. They can easily search for their ideal clients using search terms such as "best at home workout" "at home workouts for moms" etc. They have a clearly defined niche and a product that solves a specific problem.
5. ASK QUESTIONS
Your brand is best defined in the mind of your customers. Each customer has a slightly different version of what your brand means to them. The best way to gauge this is to ask them directly - either through a poll, email, or phone call. This is your best resource and will show you where you can improve or even show you some things you customers pick up on that you were unaware of.
So as you see, these tips are things that any business can start today, but the magic is in continuing to use them, learn from them, and grow your brand with the new information and tools you have. You can easily set your business apart by just following these simple tips, because they focus on how to help the customer, provide a better experience, and serve them in a deeper way.
