We have 90 days left this year. You have time to finish the year strong! Many times, I hear agents say that the market slows down in the last quarter of the year. I disagree. In my years of watching agents, I? think agents slow down during this time of year.

Take a look at sales that Closed and Active Listings in North Texas (NTREIS MLS) last year

Wow! There was a market the? 4th quarter of 2023!? How many transactions will you close the 4th quarter of this year ?

Here are 5 things to do to finish the year strong.

1.?????? Schedule your time off for the rest of the year. This may sound counterintuitive, but I recommend you do this so you’re not being tugged at and having to worry about holiday and family commitments during the time you’re actually working. You can work “guilt free” because you have certainty about the time you’ve scheduled to be off!

2.?????? Prospect, prospect, prospect!

a.?Make phone calls for at least two hours daily to your contacts.

b.?Send ten handwritten notes daily.

c.??Prepare two CMAs daily for two people in your database.

3.?????? Be Active on Social Media – out of sight, out of mind!

a.?Update your profiles and photos on your social media platforms

b.?Post real estate related content twice daily

c.??Get out of your comfort zone – post a video once a week

4.?????? Hold two Open Houses every weekend.

a.?Door knock and invite the neighbors to the open house.

b.?Be sure to host a virtual Open House on your social media

5.?????? Network on purpose and with a purpose at one social event per week.

a.?????? Be selective about the events you attend during this last quarter.
