What happens to the time we have when we're asked to take on more responsibilities (at home or at work)?

Q. What can we learn?
5 things I learned looking after a dog for 7 days about people, life & time:
1. EVERYTHING RESPONDS TO YOUR ENERGY
Your life & what you’re attracting (‘good & bad’) is the direct reflection of the predominant thoughts you think on a daily basis??
2. EVERYONE IS DOING THE BEST THEY CAN
What you think and feel about yourself and others is a choice.?
Whether they're thoughts of: Shame, blame, guilt & judgement
Or: Gratitude, love, joy & acceptance
It’s up to you, but the first 4 will keep you trapped in a low vibe state, unhappy/ frustrated with everything, and the second 4 will help you live a more peaceful high vibe abundant life.
3. CONTROL WHAT YOU CAN
There may be a way you think life ‘should be’ things you think people 'should do', standards you hold yourself & the world to.
Do these ‘rules’ bring you joy or misery, what can you tone down a bit??
4. PRIORITISE YOUR TASKS
Not everything needs to be done today, not everything needs to be done by you.
When you have less time (because you have more responsibilities) it will force you to get good at tuning out the noise!?

5. PRAISE THE POSITIVES
Q. When was the last time you found yourself motivated by harsh words, criticism, anger or fear?
Maybe it worked in the moment, but I bet you ended up resentful of the person, the result or the feelings.
Find the joy, praise the progress & watch your results multiply like wildfire.?
