5 things that are better in India than the UK ???? ????

5 things that are better in India than the UK ???? ????

1. Food?

We are Indians. Obviously, we love spicy food. There’s very little food variety here. Options are even more limited if you’re a vegetarian. ?? Well, that’s a good thing, as I’m learning how to cook.?

2. Delhi Metro, Mumbai Local >> London Tube?

Buses and trains get cancelled a lot in the UK due to strikes. Compared to the London Tube, the Delhi Metro is much cleaner and better run. Mumbai Local is more efficient.?

3. Ease of Money Transfer?

UPI is the best payment transfer system IN THE WORLD. It’s quick, reliable, and secure.?

It is developed by the? National Payments Corporation Of India (NPCI) which is under the Ministry of Finance. Kudos to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Government of India. In the UK, you have to open a bank account for international bank transfers.?

4. Grocery/Food Delivery Apps

We have tons of food and grocery delivery apps in India: Zomato , Swiggy , Zepto , Blinkit , etc. In the UK, the reliable ones are: Delivroo and Uber Eats. The majority of them are only in London.?

5. Mobile Data?

I’m currently paying £10 for the 1-month data plan (Voxi), which is actually cheaper than what most of my friends are paying (£15-30). In India, data plans are a lot more affordable.?

UPI has changed the dynamics of how the banking system functions. Not just UK, even Americans don't have the leverage of such an ease of money transfers
