Most people struggle with getting 1 or 2 things done in a day, much less 5. Then they consistently lose the day never making much progress.
"Did you win or lose yesterday?", Andy Frisella often asks.
First that means you have to keep score. If you get that pang of anxiety sensing your poor past performance, then it's likely time to try something new.
Now if you have a regular morning routine, you can have lots of wins before even getting to the office - workout, bills paid, load of laundry, daily post.
1) Replace the damaged blind.
2) Pull another box from the attic to later open.
3) Update Daily Goal KPI.
4) Schedule with one client in need.
5) Watch industry SEO training.
Now I'll do a ton of other things, but know the day was a W when I look tomorrow.
The first couple of tasks to fix something and clear clutter just make me feel good.
The next ones move the needle on sales pipeline and driving more leads.
